Overview
Guisbech was founded durring the early 10th century, by Kniksa Tsëm Edgar. The establishment of Guisbech was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Guisbech 's construction back out of the project. Kniksa Tsëm Edgar pushed on reguardles, and Guisbech was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Guisbech was built using the conventions of Sylvin durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Guisbech is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Guisbech is is constructed arround a series of narrow packed earth mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Astonishigly, the failry decent fortifications are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A look around Guisbech makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

Cultural Notes
Religious leaders are influential in almost any community, but in Guisbech they make up the final authorities. It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will. The locals can be expected to be loyal adherents to the faith, or else the less pious majority is deeply intimidated by the religion’s believers.
Guisbech 's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
In Guisbech rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Snake, Venomous near Guisbech are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Guisbech 's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Augury energies of tier 1 via guttural bellowing.
